random, and go to an ordinary vbv or msc website like http://www.mtntopup.com/buynow.php and follow their procedure like u wanna buy airtime, so when u get to the vbv
or msc page, u stop and see what the requirement is, if it ask u for infos like
d.o.b or ssn or mmn or related, its still fresh and can be used, buh if it ask
u for vbv or msc code, it has been binded and cant be used for western union..That
is how u detect bank bins ur self, but for now, I’ll give u working bins u can
